TAM

NASSERI

Tam's fitness and personal training is based in Torquay, Torbay offering both personal and group training.

I am passionate about Health & Fitness, not just to maintain personal health, balance and well being, but also actively helping others transform their health and body, as well as mindset so they can maintain a healthy livelihood in the future.  

 

I have a wealth and a diverse range of experience having personally trained for over 15 years, whilst training others for over 5 years. During this period, I have helped over 115 people reach and attain their goals, with my youngest client being 11 years of age, whilst my oldest client being 94 years young. 

 

I also have a strong background in boxing, I incorporate pad work in my Boxercise sessions which my clients love; to make the sessions more fun, pleasurable, de-stressing and highly effective.

121 BOXING TRAINING

Boxing is the fastest, most effective way to burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest space of time. It works the entire body to the maximum, toning and sculpting all the muscles and provides fantastic weight loss results. This is a seriously fun way to shed the pounds.

BOOT CAMPS

Boot camps are a great way of getting into shape. They offer a challenging and varied workout which can build strength and endurance. These routines are intended to work all of your major muscle groups, including your core and provides an amazing cardio workout too!

121 PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is how I help my clients address all the factors lying between them and their goals. Although no two people are trained in the exact same way, each masterplan I tailor follows the same process. All personal training sessions will be based on your fitness goal.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Sport massage is ideal for helping sore or fatigued muscles recuperate, particularly following periods of intense exercise, injury rehabilitation, or when the body has been suffering from general stress.

GROUP TRAINING

It's inspiring and motivating to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals. It doesn't get much more empowering than a class with an encouraging instructor and supportive people all working hard together. Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts.

TRAINING PROGRAM

Regularly changing your training programs keeps them enjoyable and helps to maintain motivation in your training. I can bespoke training routines with you that will best assist you in attaining your fitness goals.
